I can foresee problems with parking. Do you have any solutions?
Also, the winter weather may cause parking disruptions.
Any ideas? Where, and who will take responsibility? Will all the vehicles fit into the village?

ReplyDeleteWhat about having a bus running a loop between Orewa and Puhoi, say, every 30 minutes. There could be a nominal charge of, say, 50c.
ReplyDeleteWould many people use it? Who? It would have to pick up in Orewa where there is parking eg Centreway road.
One potential problem: Where would the bus turn in Puhoi? At the Puhoi Store? At the Cemetery?
50c seems a little low. I think people would be prepared to pay more than this. $2? Even $5 perhaps?
ReplyDeleteI agree, 50c is ridiculously low. Could the bus leave from the Catholic Church in Orewa? There is ample parking there.
